HERE are the 17 threatened species for which DSE has prepared action plans:

Fauna

Grey-crowned babbler, little tern, Baw Baw frog, southern barred frog, pink-tailed worm-lizard, Mallee worm-lizard, golden sun moth, Glenelg freshwater mussel and Dandenong burrowing crayfish.

Plants

Dwarf kerrawang, prickly tree-fern, slender myoporum, wedge diuris, dwarf lantern flower, limestone spider-orchid, red swainson-pea, Wimmera rice flower.

Ecological communities

Butterfly community No.1

(at Mt Piper near Broadford).

Threatening processes

Threats to native flora and fauna arising from the use by the feral honeybee of hollows and flowers and plants.
